AFSI works with airports globally ensuring the compliance of fuel infrastructure with national and international standards and regulations. We develop and implement infrastructure upgrading plans to ensure business continuity while maintaining safe and secure supply and distribution of fuel at airports.

Riyadh Airport Company (RAC)

  • Arrange and facilitate a JIG inspection audit of the facility.
  • Report on the findings and gaps.
  • Preliminary hi-level analysis on the upgrade required to cater for projected growth and for bringing the facility into compliance with international standards.
  • Estimate project requirements, project timeline, and total budget for the project.
  • Drawing up technical specifications for the upgrade.
  • Tender evaluation assists in tendering needed service providers as part of RAC’s scope and handover assurance with respect to RAC’s tendering policies and procedures.
  • Design review.
  • Establish a Full Risk Assessment Framework to cover all risks associated with the Fuel provision and register all findings in RACs Risk register.

His Majesty Sultan Flight (HMSF), Brunei International Airport

  • Technical Support to the HMSF Fuelling and Potable Water operations at Brunei International Airport.
  • Setting up operations for the maintenance and operations of a fuel facility comprising of the fuel tank farm and hydrant system for into-plane operations
  • Audit of Fuel Facility and Operations
  • Manage Corrective Action Plans to close all gaps arising from audits
  • 24/7 Operations Desk to provide technical support
  • Tendering and Procurement of spare parts for facility
  • Develop plans for upgrades to the facility including Fuel Management System and manage project
  • Develop Policy and Procedures Manual for the handling of petroleum products
  • Develop Quality Assurance program for the company
  • Training and certification of operatives for fuel handling at the terminal and into-plane operation at the Airport
  • Oversee laboratory test results of sampled fuels

Guyana Oil Company Ltd (GUYOIL)

  • Technical Support to the aviation operation of GUYOIL Design review of fuel facilities at Providence terminal and CJIA Airport
  • Design review of fuel facilities at Providence terminal and CJIA Airport
  • Develop Policy and Procedures Manual for the handling of petroleum products
  • Develop Quality Assurance program for the company
  • Training and certification of operatives for fuel handling at the terminal and into-plane operation at the Airport
  • Provide technical inputs in the drafting of contracts with customers
